Services and Project Briefs All projects start with a submitted project brief and are subject to separate formal agreements signed by both parties. No advice or quote provided on this site constitutes a binding contract until a written project agreement is executed. 2. Client Portal Access Client Portal login accounts are created exclusively by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating terms or failing to clear due invoices. 3. Invoices and Billing Billing and milestone payments are managed manually per individual project schedules. All invoices must be cleared within the defined payment terms. Delays in payments may result in suspension of current project phases. 4. Limitation of Liability Pixelart Solution Ltd. provides this website and Client Portal on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from portal downtime or external service interruptions.
