BAIUST Intra MUN 2026 — Registration Portal & Main Site
The Challenge
The BAIUST Global Affairs Council needed a purpose-built digital presence for the BAIUST Intra Model United Nations 2026 event — including delegate registration, committee assignment, and a public-facing main site that could handle a high-volume registration period with zero downtime.
Our Approach
Pixelart Solution built a custom WordPress main site paired with a secure delegate Registration Portal. The portal handled committee selection, document uploads, and automated confirmation emails via a custom PHP plugin. The main site used ACF and custom post types for committee listings, schedule updates, and speaker profiles.
The Result
Processed 600+ delegate registrations without a single downtime incident, reduced administrative committee-assignment time by 70%, and received recognition from BAIUST university administration for its professional execution.
