Prottasha Properties needed a central management platform to manage hundreds of properties, rents, and tenant billing. Legacy spreadsheets were causing synchronization errors and billing delays.

We engineered a custom full-stack property management system with automated monthly invoice creation, SMS/Email notifications, and tenant portal. Built on Next.js and Supabase.

Reduced invoice errors by 98%, automated 100% of tenant billing runs, and accelerated payment collection times from 15 days to under 3 business days.
